Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the services (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by [Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). Users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) shall use the Service in accordance with the Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

  2. Due to the high value of products, the Company strives for accuracy in descriptions, photos, and videos, but does not guarantee complete consistency.
  3. Customs duties, import taxes, and local regulations for overseas shipments are the responsibility of the User, and the Company assumes no liability.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or rightful owners. Users may not use them without permission.

Article 6 (Amendments)

The Company may change the Terms without prior notice when deemed necessary.

Article 7 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

  1. The Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
  2. In the event of a dispute, the court with jurisdiction over the Company’s location shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
