Return Policy

Due to the high value of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, we will accept returns or exchanges only in cases where the product is defective or damaged during shipping, and such defects are attributable to our responsibility.

• Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Return shipping costs for defective products will be covered by us.
• Returns or exchanges for reasons other than the above will not be accepted.

For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that returns for international orders may not be possible in some cases.
